The mAdserve project has evolved into the MobFox Publisher Platform, a hosted ad serving solution that allows you to manage direct sold campaigns, mediate ad networks, and monetize through RTB. The Open Source Version of mAdserve is no longer being developed/supported.

mAdserve

Features Check out what mAdserve can do.

mAdserve is a fully featured mobile ad server for Publishers on any mobile platform. To give you a sense of what mAdserve can do, we have outlined the most important platform features below.

  • Open Source SDKs for iOS & Android

The Open Source mAdserve SDKs for iOS and Android connect directly with your mAdserve ad server and are able to display both traditional mobile Banner Ads as well as Full Page Interstitials.

    • Fully Open Source SDKs for iOS & Android + code snippets for mobile web/wap
    • Full support for MRAID 1 through the mAdserve iOS & Android SDKs
    • Support for Banner Ads & Interstitials

  • Multi User Administration Panel

The mAdserve administration console allows you to create & launch campaigns on your mobile inventory, prioritize mobile ad networks, allocate backfill percentages, and a lot more.

    • Multi-User Access (create different permissions for Advertisers, Employees, etc.)
    • Real-Time Reporting on all metrics (campaign performance, ad network statistics,...)
    • A mobile-optimized version of the mAdserve console allows you to manage your ad server from any mobile device)

  • 31+ ad networks

mAdserve comes with 31 top mobile ad networks already integrated. All you need to do to start using a mobile ad network is sign up for a Publisher account with the network. mAdserve takes care of requesting and displaying ads from the network.

    • Plug In based system (add new ad network modules on the fly)
    • You are in a direct Publisher relationship with all ad networks you'd like to use (mAdserve does not act as an exchange)
    • Allocate traffic to ad networks based on priority, geography, and device type

  • Traffic Requests - Stay up to date on ad network traffic requirements!

With dozen's of relevant mobile ad networks around today, it has become hard for a Publisher to stay up to date on an ad networks traffic requirements. Dealing with traffic requests via e-mail is complicated and time consuming. We have solved this problem by implementing a central API directly into mAdserve that displays ad network traffic requests in real-time.

  • Example: If e.g. InMobi requires more traffic on iOS in France, you will see a notification in your mAdserve console asking you to accept/decline the traffic allocation. If you accept, mAdserve will automatically allocate your French iOS traffic to InMobi for the duration of the campaign.

  • Advanced Targeting Capabilites

mAdserve allows you to target your campaigns by country, region, device type, and channel. You can also setup multiple ad placements for your Publications to which you can target your mobile ad campaigns to.

  • Support for Banner Ads & Interstitials

mAdserve supports both Banner Ads and Full Page Rich Media Interstitials. We have also added interstitial support for most major ad networks that are integrated within mAdserve.

  • Note: Interstitials are only available through the Open Source mAdserve SDKs, not for mobile web/wap integrations.

  • Real Time Reporting

mAdserve's integrated lightweight reporting engine displays metrics across campaigns, ad networks, and publications in real-time.

  • Performance & Scalability
